Trust & Estate Administration

A Trust is a vital part of an estate plan, to protect, provide and administer. Created for a wide range of purposes for the grantor(s) lifetime intentions.

Whether you are creating/ updating your trust, Advance Health Care Directive or considering an administrator for your estate, you can choose a licensed professional fiduciary to serve in those roles.

Coast Fiduciary Services associates, Patricia and Tiffany, are licensed private professional fiduciaries that may serve as trustee, agent and/or administrator.

We serve clients in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties who need a neutral third party they can trust.

Preparing for the unforseen

Most people don’t make arrangements prior to becoming disabled because the possibility of becoming mentally or physically incapacitated seems so foreign. But it commonly occurs, especially to seniors over 75. If an incapacitated person has not made prior trust or power of attorney arrangements – or if the person handling that power is incapable, dishonest, or not acting in a person’s best interest – a conservatorship may be needed.
