Trust Administration & Estate Settlement Services
- $295.00 per hour for professional fiduciary services for Patricia Keefer, President, Coast Fiduciary Services, Inc. Additional fees may apply for extraordinary services.
- $265.00 per hour for professional fiduciary services for Tiffany Van Wingerden, Vice President, Coast Fiduciary Services, Inc. Additional fees may apply for extraordinary services.
- $135 - $215 per hour for support staff including office administration, bookkeeping and case management by a newly licensed fiduciary.
- Real Estate transactions facilitated by CFS are commissioned at 1% of sale price at close of escrow, or in the case of a non-cash transfer the appraised or agreed upon fair market value of such interest prior to transfer.
- Trusts that are $10 million or larger may be subject to an annual percentage fee up to 1% based on fiduciary’s discretion.

Please note the minimum charged for active clients per month is the equivalent of two hours of the Fiduciary’s time. For a minimum annual cost of $6,360.
Fees are negotiable depending on value of estate and difficulty of administration.
Probate Administration
(Statutory Fees) Fees for probate administration are governed by the California Probate Code and are based on the gross value of the estate, as follows:
- 4% of the first $100,000
- 3% of the next $100,000
- 2% of the next $800,000
- 1% of the next $900,000

- $350 per hour for in-person or Zoom consultation with Tiffany Van Wingerden which includes in office meeting or Zoom meeting, trust review and access to our Legacy Planner.
- Our Legacy Planner will be storage with in a protected file with your other trust documents that will assist your fiduciary and greatly reduce the cost of onboarding when you become an active client.
