Fee Schedule

Effective February 1, 2025

- $265.00 per hour for professional fiduciary services for Patricia Keefer, President, Coast Fiduciary Services, Inc.
- $235.00 per hour for professional fiduciary services for Tiffany Van Wingerden, Vice President, Coast Fiduciary Services, Inc.
- Case Management Services – $200.00 per hour
- Office Administrator $180.00 per hour
- Accounting Manager – $165.00 per hour
- Office Assistant $125.00 per hour
- 1% of sale price at close of escrow (Trust Administration)
- TBD for any contracted independent vendor as needed on behalf of Coast Fiduciary Services, Inc.

Please note the minimum charged per month is $500 or the equivalent of two hours of the Fiduciary’s time.
