Patricia Keefer
Principal of Coast Fiduciary Services

A California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF), license #146, and a National Certified Guardian (NCG), Ms. Keefer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Santa Barbara. She also holds Certificates as Conservator and as Trustee, and she participates as a general member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), and has served as a past co-chair of PFAC Education Committee. A National Certified Guardian, she has been in practice as a Private Professional Fiduciary since 2004.

Tiffany Van Wingerden
Associate of Coast Fiduciary Services

Tiffany Van Wingerden, an associate at Coast Fiduciary Services has been working along side her mother, Patricia Keefer since June 2010. Prior to obtaining her Professional Fiduciary License in October 2012, she received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from San Diego State University. She then went on to earn her certificates in both Conservatorships and Trusteeships from California State University, Fullerton. Ms. Van Wingerden maintains an active license #643 with the Fiduciary Bureau of California (CLPF) and the National Center for Guardians (NCG), as well as a membership with the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and the National Guardianship Association.
