Our Services

What does a Private Professional Fiduciary (PPF) do?

We understand trust administration responsibilities and the probate process.  We provide prudent personalized asset management and communication while managing your trust.  Our mission is to meet and exceed our clients expectations.

There are many roles a PPF can offer when it comes to estate and personal care management.  To put it into the simplest of terms we step into your shoes to help you enjoy the highest quality of life. To makes decisions based on what you would do if you were making them yourself.  Assisting you in maintaining your independence, dignity and ensuring your estate wishes are carried out as you intended.

Below is a list of services we offer.

  • Successor Trustee
  • Durable Power of Attorney of Finances and Health Care
  • Advanced Health Care Directive
  • Special Needs Trusts
  • Executor of a Will
  • Administrator of the Estate
  • Conservatorship of the Person and Estate

Why chose a PPF over a family member or friend?

Clients chose us over a family member or friend to act as their fiduciary, as we are a neutral third party.  As members of The Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and The National Guardianship Association (NGA) we are held to the highest standards. Therefore we don’t have the pressure a family member or friend would face when put into the position of trust.  This also allows the family member or friend to maintain their relationships with other beneficiaries, friends and family members.  The weight of responsibility and accountability can be overwhelming for a non PPF.
